Are you a recent Law/Economics Graduate eager to apply your legal and analytical skills in an international corporate environment?
Join Bosch as anHR Governance & People Operations Internand take your first professional step in the world ofHuman Resources and Labour Law.
In this role, you will support the HR Department in managingadministrative, contractual, and financial processes, while gaining hands-on experience inlabour law application, digital transformation, andorganizational management.
You will also collaborate directly with theHR Director, assisting in activities related totrade union relations, HR governance, and compliance.
This internship is a great opportunity to bridge your legal background with practical HR experience, and to contribute to projects that truly shape the company's people operations.
Your main responsibilities:
Managing and revising HR supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labour law principles.
Supporting thereview, simplification, and digitalizationof HR administrative processes andstandardization ofcontractual documentations.
Supportingbudget monitoringand cost control activities related to HR suppliers and services.
Assisting withreporting, data analysis, and preparation of documentation and presentation to the management.
Providingdirect support to the HR Director, especially on topics related to trade union communication and HR governance.
Contributing tocontinuous improvement projectsthat enhance digital efficiency and compliance within HR.
Qualifications
What makes you the perfect fit:
Enrolled in or recently graduated with aMaster's degree in Law / Economics and/or HR/ Labour Law Master.
Strong interest inHuman Resources, employment law, and organizational processes.
Excellent communication skills inItalian and English (minimum B2/C1); knowledge of another European language (e.g. German, French, or Spanish) is a plus.
Proficient inMS Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity withdigital tools or HR systemsis an advantage.
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international context.
Discreet and professional in handling confidential information.
Team-oriented, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
