The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our client's marketing strategy. You will lead one of the most important IT companies' marketing campaigns, evaluate the marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You ideally have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Contributes to the development of marketing plans and initiatives for the Italian market.
Develops design of customer experience journeys and touchpoint plans that leverages paid, earned and owned media channels to maximize awareness, lead generation and other marketing goals.
Executes, tracks, analyses marketing plan vs. goals.
Leads execution of marketing plan deliverables and milestones, collaborating with local cross functional teams, with the EMEA marketing team and the worldwide marketing teams.
Passion and motivation to drive results and build strong brands
Expert knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools with an end to end approach
Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (digital media, social, search etc.), Analytical skills to track campaign & business performance and to make data driven decisions
Excellent management skills: ability to collaborate efficiently with various teams across markets, to manage agencies, to execute marketing plans under pressure in autonomy
Proven track record of developing and executing marketing plans in complex multi-national environments.
Bachelor Degree or equivalent (Master degree or equivalent preferred)
~3+ years of work experience in marketing field, in multi-national complex environments
~ Fluent in English
