PstrongAbout the Role /strong /ppbr/ppThe primary responsibility of this role is to manage finance-related projects, with a particular focus on the implementation of the new ERP system based on Microsoft D365 FO. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with MS D365 FO, in-depth knowledge of finance processes, and substantial experience in managing complex ERP implementation projects. /ppbr/ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /pulliCoordinate the roll-out activities of the Microsoft D365 FO system for the Finance area across the Group's companies, in cooperation with the PM, project team, and business functions. /liliIdentify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure a smooth transition and successful go-live of the Microsoft D365 ERP system. /liliOversee post go-live activities, including system stabilization and user support. /liliProvide regular project updates to stakeholders. /liliEvaluate local business needs to ensure consistency with core business processes. /liliManage and provide KPIs regarding user support. /liliEnsure adequate support for end-users through constant monitoring of requests (ticketing) and the level of service provided. /liliCoordinate and manage finance projects within the group companies, ensuring timely and cost-effective results. /liliManage finance-related vendors. /liliAnalyze and propose optimizations for finance processes to improve operational efficiency. /liliEnsure compliance of implemented processes with fiscal and corporate regulations. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongQualifications /strong /pulliProven experience with Microsoft D365 FO in the finance domain. /liliKnowledge of treasury packages (Piteco, Kyriba, etc.). /liliIn-depth understanding of finance processes. /liliFamiliarity with DevOps and trouble ticketing systems. /liliExperience in managing complex implementation projects. /liliExcellent problem-solving and time management skills. /liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills. /liliAbility to work in a team and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. /liliProven ability to manage projects in terms of time and cost. /liliAbility to manage complex projects and work under pressure. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongPay range and compensation package /strong /pulliAnnual Salary based on real seniorty with a range of 45.000 up to 65.000 euro per year /liliAnnual Bonus /liliCarrer plan /liliCompany welfare /liliTicket 10 euro per day /liliSmart Working up to 2 days per week /li /ul
