YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Active support of the racing team in the planning, preparation, and execution of motorsport projects around the globe
2. Installation and maintenance of both analog and digital voice radio systems
3. Setup and operation of wireless and wired communication networks
4. Deployment and support of smaller-scale IT infrastructures
5. Close collaboration with RIEDEL colleagues on site and Formula 1 teams
6. Troubleshooting down to module level, including detailed technical reporting for both the on-site team and the headquarters in Wuppertal
7. Thorough documentation of all completed events
THAT'S YOU
8. Successfully completed technical training (e.g. mechatronics, event or IT technology, electronics for devices and systems, or communications technology) or equivalent academic background
9. Genuine passion for working with radio, intercom, audio, and IT systems
10. Solid hands-on experience in motorsport, broadcast, or event technology is a strong plus
11. Willingness to travel extensively, with a high degree of flexibility and self-reliance
12. Enthusiasm for end-to-end project execution and on-site involvement
13. Ability to quickly adapt to dynamic environments, with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
14. Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
15. Fluent in written and spoken English
16. Valid Class B driving license
