Handle inbound customer contacts via phone, email, and chatProvide guidance on products and services, including feature recommendationsDrive product sales through excellent service and needs-based promotionSupport customers through the purchase processMeet sales goals while ensuring high customer satisfactionRecord all customer interactions and transactions in internal systems
Candidate Requirements
Native or C2-level ItalianStrong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsSales or customer support experience is a plusComfortable with technology and digital toolsMust be based in Portugal and legally eligible to workAvailability to work rotational shifts
