They will report directly to the CEO and work in strict cooperation with the Operations Manager, following the guidelines defined by COESIA. /p pThe ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Lean methodologies, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff. /p ol liLead and manage operations efficiency projects and continuous improvement initiatives. /li liMonitor and improve actual Company Operations KPIs. /li liDrive the development and implementation of Lean methodology. /li liCollaborate with teams and individuals to understand processes and promote adoption of improvement measures. /li liMonitor and report on the status of improvement projects. /li liProvide training and guidance to team members about process improvement and Lean methodologies. /li liMeasure and analyze improvement project outcomes. /li /ol pbWhat You Need to Be Successful /b /p ol liProven work experience (7-10 years) in Operations and/or Continuous Improvement or similar roles with some managerial responsibilities. /li liExperience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies. /li liStrong project management skills. /li liOutstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. /li liExcellent communication and leadership skills. /li liBSc degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field. /li /ol #J-18808-Ljbffr
