Specialist Onco-Haematology

Responsibilities
Collaborate with hospital healthcare professionals and pharmacists in the hematology sector, the Medical Directorate, Regional Payers and Evidence Solutions, KAM and RAM, Marketing Directorate, Commercial Directorate, Scientific Service Department, and Pharmacovigilance Department.
Promote and explain the therapeutic value of GSK solutions, communicating key scientific messages to stakeholders.
Continuously update scientific knowledge and actively participate in company‑provided scientific training.
Ensure effective and coherent communication with healthcare professionals, planning and organizing scientific information activities in line with the Onco‑Haematology Business Unit plan.
Execute training and scientific update initiatives for healthcare professionals and hospital pharmacists as part of individual consultations, complying with regulations and GSK’s commercial model.
Advocate and adopt new media (e.g., web conferencing, digital systems) for scientific information and collective training, coordinating with Medical Directorate colleagues in the same territory.
Contribute to the implementation of action plans for the assigned territory in collaboration with the national strategy.
Basic Qualifications & Skills
Degree in Medicine and Surgery, Biological Sciences, Chemistry (organic or biological), Pharmacy, or equivalent qualifications compatible with the role of Scientific Information.
Residence in Padova, Vicenza, or nearby areas.
Significant experience as an ISF / Product Specialist in a specialized area and product portfolio.
Ability to translate scientific knowledge into business‑oriented strategies and activities.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in oncology‑hematology and/or rare diseases.
Effective communication, problem‑solving, conflict management, proactive, flexible, and result‑oriented mindset.
Cross‑functional teamwork in a matrix environment, prioritization, planning, and organization.
Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
