Location: Boise, ID
Pay Range: $18.11 per hour
What’s the Job?
* Manage multiple tasks or cases simultaneously.
* Lead or contribute to projects for process and quality enhancement.
* Handle escalated cases and suggest improvements in post-incident reviews.
* Offer solutions and feedback based on analysis.
* Manage service requests of customers through different access channels.
What’s Needed?
* High school diploma or GED
* Typically requires 3-5 years of call center experience, or a combination of experience and college-level education.
* Accuracy in data entry; computer proficiency and problem-solving skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
