Eurointerim S.p.A. is opening a new position and expanding its internal team. We are seeking a HR Consultant to join our Recruiting and Selection function.
Job Description
As an HR Consultant, you will have significant autonomy in managing and organizing your work. You will have the opportunity to grow professionally by handling both personnel selection and business development. You will be responsible for the recruiting process and building fruitful relationships with client companies.
Within our agile, responsive, and flat organizational structure, you will organize your work with a high degree of independence and use the most innovative tools available. Your activities will include:
Research and selection of personnel
Developing contacts with client companies, conducting visits, providing consultancy on selection issues, and preparing commercial offers
Contact with external entities and participation in events (universities, municipalities, schools, etc.)
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience in personnel selection acquired at a staffing agency
Ability to interact with clients and maintain interpersonal relationships
Passion for Human Resources
Independent character, desire to challenge oneself, and take a proactive role in one’s professional activities
Desire to gain a comprehensive understanding of the HR field
