Proactively expand sales, reach annual objectives, and manage assigned customers.Identify and develop renewal, repeat‐business, upselling, and cross‐selling opportunities.Capture, evaluate, and route inbound and outbound leads to the appropriate teams.Ensure CRM data remains accurate, complete, and consistently updated.Create quotations, negotiate terms within limits, and follow up to secure orders.Provide product and market insights, anticipate customer needs, and deliver virtual demos.Use CRM, Power BI, and other systems for quoting, reporting, forecasting, and market insights.Collaborate with internal teams, elevate complex cases, and follow company and legal guidelines.
Competenze ed esperienzaRequirements:
A degree in Engineering or Business or technical field.2/4 years of experience performing the same role in the mechanical components sector.Strong technical knowledge within the mechanical components.Experience in preparing and managing technical and financial documentation.Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications.Mandatory: Excellent English knowledge (written and spoken).
