Key Responsibilities ?
IT Infrastructure Management & Optimization:
Oversee and enhance the internal IT infrastructure to ensure efficiency, security, and reliability.

System Maintenance & Improvement:
Perform regular system maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to
digital transformation projects

Automation & Operational Efficiency:
Implement
automation solutions
to optimize workflows and enhance overall IT performance.

Low-Code Development & IT Application Operation
: design and develop process automation robots and low-code applications based on business requirements, delivering services to support business operations.

Helpdesk support:
answering user requests, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, and providing ongoing assistance and support to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.
Requirements Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of IT system management, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud platforms.
Education & Experience:
Degree in IT or a related field required; prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
Language Skills:
Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Italian.
