At least 3 years experience in the same role; Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS; Service Management Tools (good competence); Good expertise with Powershell; Microsoft Active Directory competence; Basic knowledge of network protocols and mobile devices; Basic skill with (ADSL, UMTS, VPN, etc.);
NICE TO HAVE
Ability to work in a team; Attitude to manage relationship with customers; An excellent knowledge of spoken and written Italian is mandatory; A good knowledge of spoken and written English is required;
