Responsibilities
Prepare and plan production scheduling for semi-finished and finished products: schedule the production plan by establishing sequences and lead times for each process stage, depending on the dates of warehouse receipt or shipment in line with forecasts or customer orders.
Analyze and monitor the customer order portfolio, availability and production capacity and calculate process, equipment, machine and labour requirements.
Define procurement policies, managing safety stock, forecasts and plans with suppliers and third parties.
Operate with advanced ERP (JDE) and dedicated scheduling tools (Cyberplan).
Monitor service level and production capacity needs.
Verify with the Supply Chain Manager the progress of specific improvement projects in the SC area.
Prompt activities that may modify the planned schedule (e.g., new products, material arrivals, technical changes).
Manage in/out of products.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering or Diploma.
At least 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Good knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
Good knowledge of material management techniques and planning and production methodologies/tools.
Analytical data skills and inclination towards defining improvement actions.
Good knowledge of Office tools, specifically Excel, and good reporting skills.
Soft Skills
Organized, goal‑oriented and able to define, implement and monitor work plans.
Flexible, quick to learn and eager to grow professionally in a production environment and within a team.
Strong communication skills.
The economic offer will be commensurate with experience.
