Customer Support - Tecnico role at Fedegari
Fedegari is a global leader in sterilization and biocontamination solutions, with 70 years of experience in the life sciences industry.
Position In an effort to strengthen our Customer Care team in Rome, we are looking for a Technical Customer Support resource to supervise and coordinate service and validation engineers, ensuring proper customer assistance in resolving plant issues.
Responsibilities

Guarantee correct management of customer cases ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Guarantee correct management of operational processes and organization of field resources.
Ensure correct sharing of technical knowledge and training with field resources.

Key Activities

Analyze issues reported by customers, agents or branches.
Plan and schedule intervention services at a global level with the customer.
Cooperate in the management of field activities.
Govern the technical support area for optimisation of field resource management.
Interface with customers to resolve cases and technical issues.
Handle global issues and interface with internal entities.
Attend meetings with customers and inspect sites.

Requirements

Technical diploma or degree in technical discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in machine service, preferably in field.
Knowledge of management systems and CRM.
Reading technical drawings, installation, electrical, P&ID, configuration of phases.
Knowledge of electrical and mechanical schematics.
English language at B2.
Willingness to travel.

Additional Information
Depending on the professional background, the selected candidate will undergo an initial training program that includes field activities and client visits, to become more effective with customers and autonomous in daily tasks.
