Responsibilities include reporting & analysis and month‐end project settlement activities. This highly visible position requires regular interaction with internal as well as senior level staff members.Your main activities will be:
Ensure project accounting is aligned with Government accounting standards as well as company policies and proceduresBooking of a broad kind of business operationsInvoicing, credit notes, goods receipt and stock items controlPayment requests, workflows, planning of revenue, registration of claims, cost control, export control checks, provisions register and maintenanceUpdating and verifying the project calculation analysing accounting data and participate in handover meetingsProvide accurate information to drive project profitability and other performance metrics through ad‐hoc project reporting and analysis as requiredPrepare risk and opportunity assessments; develop and implement plan to mitigate risksSupport internal audits like the implementation and control of Risk Internal Control standards and externalInteract with support teams including Corporate Accounting, IT, Contracts, and Supply Chain Management and International stakeholdersContributing to the digital initiatives of the company
Required entry qualifications
You are under 29 and a fresh graduate in master's degree in economics or management engineeringA 3‐month finance internship experience is a plus as well as an international experienceAspiration to develop a finance path and growGenuine interest for digitalisationKnowledge of Office 365, Power BI and SAP as a plusAbility to work in team and think about everything from the customer perspectivePassion to never‐stop growingRespect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co‐create and share knowledgeProficiency in English and ItalianEligibility to work in Italy
