We are in search of a leader for the role of Talent & Culture Manager who will assist the Regional Director of Talent and Culture in championing culture, playing a pivotal role in assembling best-in-class teams and leading talent performance, development and engagement to support our growth.
What will you do?
- Act as a collaborative and strategic partner to the Regional Director of Talent & Culture in achieving the hotel’s goals, developing and implementing process improvements, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, coaching performance, and delivering heartfelt service
