* Financial Reporting & Analysis
* Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with corporate standards.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
* Support budgeting and forecasting cycles through data modeling, variance analysis, and performance tracking.
* SAP & Data Management
* Serve as a key user and subject matter expert for SAP (FI/CO modules), ensuring accurate data flow between systems and business functions.
* Develop reports and dashboards using SAP and Excel to streamline data retrieval and analysis.
* Maintain and enhance master data accuracy, ensuring data integrity across financial systems.
* Process Improvement & Automation
* Evaluate existing financial processes and identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and improve efficiency using technology and analytics.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements that reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
* Support the rollout of digital finance initiatives and best practices across the region.
* Accounting & Compliance
* Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
* Review general ledger activity, reconcile accounts, and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
* Assist with internal and external audits, providing documentation and analytical support as needed.
* Business Partnering
* Work closely with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insights and recommendations that drive profitability and performance.
* Support the CFO and leadership team with ad hoc financial analyses and strategic initiatives.
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA or MBA a plus but not required).
* 4+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, or corporate finance.
* Hands-on experience with SAP (FI/CO) is strongly preferred.
* Advanced Excel and data analysis skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, and modeling).
* Proven record of process improvement, automation, or system optimization within a finance function.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and data accuracy standards.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, project management and organizational skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and handle multiple competing priorities
* High level of integrity, attention to detail, and accountability in all financial practices.
* Reliability in meeting deadlines and delivering consistent, high-quality results while maintaining a strong sense of ownership in all tasks.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with cross-functional teams, customers, and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and collaboration.
