About the Team The Workday Success Plans Team focuses on our customers’ entire journey, creating programs to help them derive value from Workday applications. The team delivers services ranging from feature demonstrations to deployment guidance. We work hard, have fun, and prioritize diversity, innovation, and community engagement. About the Role We are seeking a Senior Engagement Manager with strong HCM or Financials expertise to join our Deployment Success Management team within the Workday Success Plan organization. You will be an expert in Workday Deployment Methodology, leading mid to large deployments and resolving complex issues creatively and effectively. Responsibilities: Demonstrate proficiency in Workday’s HCM and/or Financials product suite. Work effectively in a diverse, fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams. Provide guidance to partners and clients during deployments and issue resolution. Manage multiple projects and issues simultaneously. Ensure projects are on schedule and within budget as per the SOW. Act as a liaison for sales and partner relations, providing success data. About You Basic Qualifications: 5 years of project management experience with HCM, Payroll, Financials within medium/large enterprises or government sectors. 5 years of implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or similar applications.
