About the Role
Responsibilities
(1) Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for Edan in the Italian market, including market analysis, competitive strategies, goal setting and financial projections.
(2) Drive sales growth by establishing and managing local distributor and agent networks.
(3) Lead the planning and execution of direct sales strategy, including target customer segmentation, direct sales model design (such as direct hospital sales, government procurement and key account management), and sales route planning.
(1) Lead and oversee all preparatory work for the legal incorporation and registration of the Italian subsidiary, including legal compliance and office setup.
(2) Establish an initial operational framework for the Italian market, covering sales, marketing, and basic financial and compliance procedures.
(1) Develop and implement localized marketing, brand promotion and product launch strategies to build Edan's brand presence in the Italian medical device industry.
(2) Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), major hospitals and potential strategic partners.
(3) For direct sales, plan and lead targeted marketing activities and brand penetration initiatives for end key accounts, including large hospitals and healthcare groups.
(1) Ensure all business activities comply with EU and local Italian rules governing business conduct, data privacy and medical devices (e.G., MDR).
(2) Oversee the planning and execution of product registration and certification procedures in Italy.
(1) Formulate a team development plan aligned with business growth, and recruit, train and manage the initial local team in Italy.

Basic salary: €75000 – €112,000 per year + Sales bonus per quarter
