Your Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Financial Engineering: define and execute the company’s financial, legal and people strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term scaling objectives.
* Integrated Infrastructure Architecture: oversee the entire Legal, Para-legal, Financial, and Trade Union (Sindacale) infrastructure, ensuring full compliance with Italian regulations and international standards at benefits
* Scale-up Governance: Lead the evolution of internal workflows, moving the company from a high-growth startup to a structured, compliant and efficient international scale-up.
* Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with investors, board members, and external legal/financial partners, providing expert coaching on organisational performance.
What We’re Looking For
* 10+ years of experience in Finance Leadership roles (CFO or VP Finance).
* Proven experience of working within a multinational company combined with “battle-tested” experience in a startup/scale-up environment.
* Deep knowledge of the Italian legal system, para-legal procedures, and labor relations, including experience with trade unions/procedure sindacali. Proven experience with international standards is a plus.
* Strong Leadership skills in communication with a focus on mentorship, humility, and a collaborative “builder” mindset.
* Fluency in Italian and English; additional European languages are an advantage.
* Language: Native or bilingual proficiency in Italian and professional fluency in English.
