Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic, motivated Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident in client‑facing situations, and capable of expanding our business presence in Italy and internationally. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and partners. Drive sales growth and achieve company targets. Support marketing activities, trade shows, and promotional events. Provide market insights and contribute to strategy development. Requirements Previous experience in sales, business development, or marketing. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and achieve results. Fluent in Italian and English (other languages are a plus). Passion for cosmetics, biotech, or skincare industry preferred. Bachelor’s degree or higher. Ability to follow detailed instructions and protocols accurately. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. English is obligatory.
