We are looking for an Apprentice as Junior Customer Solution Architect, to join Factory Automation Team in Milan offices.
During the apprenticeship you will be trained in 2 years with a focus mainly on artificial intelligence, industrial automation, and digital technologies and you will receive a comprehensive and state-of-the-art training to develop your personal and professional skills and you will have the support of a mentor to achieve your career steps.

Your Challenge
As Junior Customer Solution Architect with an apprenticeship contract some of your main activities will be:
* Support the sales team in defining technical solutions based on AI, automation, and digital twin technologies.
* Collaborate with the assigned tutor in gathering technical requirements and preparing presentations and demos for clients.
* Contribute to the design of scalable and innovative technology architectures.
* Participate in workshops with clients and partners to understand their needs and propose effective solutions.
* Stay up to date with emerging technologies and market trends.
What You Need To Bring With You
* You have less than 29 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering or Computer Engineering
* Interest in artificial intelligence, industrial automation, and digital technologies
* Good communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset
* Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, C++) and modeling tools
* Proficiency in English and Italian
* Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a changing environment
* Passion to never-stop growing
* Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
* Eligibility to work in Italy
