Procurement Coordinator


Key Responsibilities:

As a Procurement Coordinator, you will be instrumental in the success of our purchasing operations. Working under the direction of the Purchasing Manager, you will focus on optimizing our procurement systems to deliver high-quality goods and services efficiently and effectively.

Some of your key tasks will include processing payments for all projects, generating purchasing orders for reimbursement and contract fees, and collaborating with the accounting team to establish budgets in Oracle. Additionally, you will create detailed payment forecasts for all projects and source supplier data.

To be successful in this position, you must hold a bachelor's degree in any field and have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project and construction purchasing. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a comprehensive understanding of project scheduling, purchasing, shipping Incoterms, and associated processes.
