A Breakfast Room Service Supervisor will also be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: /p ul liManage Restaurant operations /li liMaintain exceptional levels of customer service /li liRecruit, manage, train and develop the Restaurant team /li liManage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner /li liWork within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food and Payroll /li liDrive sales to maximize budgeted revenue /li liDevelop menus with other members of Food and Beverage team /li liAccountable for monthly stock takes /li liIncentivise team members to maximize sales and revenue /li liSet departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures /li liEvaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement /li liEnsure communication meetings are conducted and post‑meeting minutes generated /li liBe environmentally aware /li liAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships /li liComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 pA Breakfast Room Service Supervisor serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
