You’ll drive projects forward, ensuring they run to schedule, meet budget targets, and exceed customer expectations in quality and reliability. Every day brings opportunities to solve challenges, build trusted customer relationships, and contribute to a mission that champions innovation, sustainability, and a positive team culture. /p h3How You’ll Make an Impact /h3 ul liLead onsite project execution to meet agreed timelines, budgets, and performance targets. /li liDefine and oversee the onsite project organization to ensure smooth delivery. /li liManage and coordinate resources, fostering strong collaboration across the project team. /li liControl both the technical and economic aspects in partnership with the Project Engineer and Project Manager. /li liEngage all stakeholders and, when necessary, elevate issues to secure swift resolution. /li liPrepare and manage EHS requirements for safe site access and construction activities. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul li10+ years’ experience in a similar role or as a Manager. /li liIn-depth knowledge of high/medium voltage electrical substations (CEI 11-27). /li liDegree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanics, or a technical high school diploma. /li liStrong proficiency with project management tools. /li liAdvanced English proficiency in both written and spoken communication. /li liStrong negotiation skills to align project objectives with customer goals and ability to adapt to various plants and site environments, with empathetic, effective leadership. /li liWillingness to travel 100% in Italy and abroad, if required. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
