PpDescrizione dell’offerta di lavoro Diesel, a leading premium casual wear brand, is seeking a Senior Retail Controller to be based at our Head Office in Milan. The role reports directly to the Financial Controlling Manager within the European Finance Team and works closely with HQ Controlling, Administration departments, and local administration teams across the region. /p h3Activities /h3 ul liPerform month‑end closing activities for the assigned major European legal entities in accordance with Group policies, procedures, and reporting calendar. /li liSupport the controlling team and Business Partner for the budget forecast process of the Europe region, gathering input, developing an understanding of budget profile, including variances by channels, investment, operating expenses, Capex and Cash Flow, and providing analysis of the financial forecasts. A specific focus on IFRS‑16 may be required. /li liEnsure data accuracy and reliability, interfacing with supporting functions at the regional and HQ level, and provide first‑level analysis and comments to the Europe Financial Controlling Manager and Business Partners. /li liMonitor and analyze the region's performance against business targets, budget/forecast vs. actual, and identify potential risks, issues and variances to plans; report performance to Regional management and Business Partner. /li liBuild and maintain a valuable reporting package to share monthly results with all Business Partners. /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships at all levels within the organization and within the HQ Strategic, Planning and Control Function. /li liSupport the Retail Controlling Manager in coordinating junior team members, providing guidance and day‑to‑day support, and contributing to major strategic initiatives and decision‑making activities related to the Retail channel. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum of 7 years of experience in Financial Controlling or a related field. /li liStrong previous experience in Retail controlling. /li liBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. /li liFluency in English; additional European languages are considered a plus. /li liProficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills. /li liKnowledge of SAP is required. /li liFamiliarity with Hyperion and/or Board is an advantage. /liliStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills. /li liConfident in public speaking and presenting financial insights to senior stakeholders. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to collaborate effectively in a matrix organization. /li liSolid financial acumen and business understanding. /li liSound knowledge of accounting principles, with IFRS‑16 expertise required. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pA full‑time permanent contract. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
