Due to significant growth in activity, we are hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager for a 1-year contract — potentially to be transformed into a permanent position — to strengthen our team in Milan. This position offers training opportunities in international talent acquisition.
List of Daily Activities :
* Assist the Key Account Manager in posting job openings on ATS and job boards
* Search for candidates on various job boards
* Call candidates to assess their soft skills
* Organize interviews with selected candidates
* Manage candidate follow-up using our ATS tools
* Adhere to ongoing ATS processes
* Participate in ATS updates
* Ensure continuous monitoring of active projects
* Maintain relationships with hired consultants
Required Profile
* Education :
Minimum of 3 years of university education
* Experience :
Minimum of 2 years recruiting industrial engineers
* Preferred previous experience :
Energy / renewable resources industry
* Work location :
Milan – with the possibility of remote work
* Languages :
Fluent English is required
* Software :
Knowledge of "LinkedIn Recruiter" is preferred
* Accuracy (one of the key qualities for this position)
* Adherence to procedures and a sense of well-executed work
* Willingness to learn
* Ability to work in an international work environment
