What You'll Do
* Work closely with customers and support major projects, collaborating with fire protection designers, installers, and contractors to find the best solutions.
* Train key customer contacts on the use, benefits, and value of Hilti products, ensuring specifications meet project requirements.
* Transfer necessary information to the sales team to support commercial activities.
* Visit construction sites to evaluate opportunities, provide consulting and technical assistance for Hilti solutions.
* Develop new business opportunities and local strategies in collaboration with the Product Manager and corporate teams.
What You’ll Bring
* Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or Architecture.
* +2 years of experience in design or construction.
* Expertise in fire protection systems.
* Solid communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
* Fluent in both English and Italian.
