Job Description:
Synergie Italia, Sesto San Giovanni branch, is seeking a candidate for a maternity leave replacement in administrative assistance:
* Review, verify, and enter expense reports of collaborators;
* Perform back-office activities and data entry into company systems;
* Organize travel arrangements for collaborators within Italy and abroad;
* Manage and input customer and supplier orders;
* Handle calls, including in English, with international clients and suppliers;
* Verify and manage project summaries.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in similar roles;
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
* Good command of English (spoken and written);
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Additional Information:
* Contract type: Fixed-term contract, 12 months, directly with the company.
* Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 13:00.
* Location: Cinisello Balsamo (MI).
* Industry and classification: Metalworking industry - level to be defined based on experience.
