This role reports to the Global Head of TA product, and will work across all clients’ types globally that are using State Street transfer agency services for the funds they manage. The incumbent would be responsible for managing and growing our business to expand our wallet share and make us a strategic partner of choice. This role would work closely with peers in the global sales, operational teams and the global product organizations to ensure delivery of an outstanding client experience. Key aspects of the role include a full understanding of all State Street products, ensure high service quality provision, analyzing and communicating client requirements, determining growth opportunities, directing a portion of the strategic investment budget, and ultimately delivering on our financial goals for the business. /p pIn addition, the candidate will further develop their leadership and governance capability by being a senior member of the Luxembourg management team, contributing to the proper development of the local business which is significantly developing through organic and inorganic growth. /p h3Primary Responsibilities /h3 ul liBuild and execute State Street engagement strategy for the TA products across regions regardless of the different service models and interaction with distribution platforms. /li liHelp shape/design product capabilities that will allow State Street to materially expand market share by being the partner of choice for clients. /li liWorking in conjunction with the Commercial Organization and Country Heads, identify new business with existing clients and prospect clients to drive growth. /li liDefend and grow our Transfer Agency and Funds Trading Services business by addressing capability gaps and improving sales force effectiveness. /li liServe as State Street’s “face to the market” for Transfer Agency. /li liTarget clients currently at competitors or insourced with pre-emptive bids and bold outsourcing proposals, in co-operation with the State Streets sales force and relationship managers. /li liWork with global product and operational teams to influence and drive product improvement, innovation and new capabilities to ensure we are competitive and in an optimal position to win business globally. /li liIncrease State Street market reputation as a leader of Transfer Agency and Funds Trading Services products /li liDrive a solutions driven, client centric culture. /li liAs a senior leader based in EMEA, the candidate is expected to be a member of various Business Management or Risk Committees and participate in industry working groups and other market initiatives. /li /ul h3Minimum Qualifications /h3 ul li15+ years experience desirable /li liDepth of experience in TA required; either from asset servicing, Big4 consulting or directly within Asset Management Companies or institutional investors /li liStrong industry network /li liOutstanding Leadership skills /li /ul pAre you the right candidate?
