Within the AWS WW Commercial Sales (WWCS) organization, the Sales Strategy and Operations team is responsible for supporting Leadership, Sales, and Operational teams in achieving organizational objectives and driving continuous improvements in field productivity. We own and deliver “run the business” (RTB) operational cadences, build new mechanisms to support organizational growth and scale, and drive organizational initiatives. /p pAWS is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join their Global Sales Strategy Operations team in Europe North. This role combines hands‑on analytics with operational excellence, where you'll use data analysis and modeling to support Sales Leaders and their teams. You'll play a key role in maintaining business health and driving data‑informed decisions across the region. This role combines technical expertise with business acumen to analyze complex datasets from multiple sources. You'll be instrumental in delivering monthly reports and conducting specialized business analyses that directly impact our decision‑making processes. /p pbWhat You'll Bring: /b /p ul liStrong technical skills in data extraction and modeling /li liExceptional organizational abilities /li liSelf‑motivation and adaptability to work in an ambiguous, fast‑paced environment /li liExperience handling large datasets /li liAbility to support multiple sales teams simultaneously /li /ul pbSuccess in This Role Means: /b /p ul liCollaborating effectively with sales teams, operations teams and internal users /li liDeveloping and implementing new reporting solutions /li liCreating accurate, impactful reports /li liCommunicating complex data insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences /li liSupporting Europe North Sales teams with territory analysis and operational activities /li /ul h3Key job responsibilities /h3 ul liData Analysis Insights ul liConduct comprehensive analysis of diverse datasets to uncover meaningful business insights /li liDesign and deliver regular and on‑demand business analytics to meet stakeholder requirements /li /ul /li liStrategic Planning Reporting ul liMaintain monthly health of the business models /li liCreate and manage various financial modeling projects /li liExtract and analyze data using Excel and other data management platforms /li /ul /li liMetrics Performance Management ul liMonitor and evaluate existing performance metrics /li liIdentify opportunities for new metrics development /li liTransform complex data into actionable recommendations /li /ul /li liBusiness Intelligence ul liDeliver strategic insights to guide business decisions /li liProvide data‑driven recommendations through detailed analysis /li liCreate customized reports to address specific business needs /li /ul /li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree or equivalent /li liExperience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data /li liExperience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc. /li liExperience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools /li liExperience presenting to senior leadership /li /ul pAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
