In our inclusive and flexible environment, everyone can bring their authentic selves to work. /pliAbout the Role /lipIn this pan-European, client-facing role, you will be responsible for launching activities of partners and optimizing business models, solutions, and post-launch activities for existing partners to achieve desired business targets. As a Partner Development Manager, you will own business activities across various European markets. You will contribute to the full range of activities around innovative customer offerings, from partner negotiations and onboarding to specific growth initiatives. You will drive partner onboardings and manage client relationships throughout the lifecycle, ensuring activities align with partner strategies. You will work closely with Market Distribution Managers and Global Partner Managers for partner expansion across countries and market-specific activities. You will be part of interdisciplinary teams working along the value chain across Europe. /pliAbout the Team /lipWe prioritize consumers' needs, aim to become digital champions, and believe in data-driven learning. Our goal is to drive the digitalization of the PC insurance business in Europe by combining insurance expertise, e-commerce skills, and the dynamic spirit of a start-up, backed by Swiss Re. /ppYou will be part of iptiQ EMEA PC's distribution team, responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and growth hacking new partners, as well as managing partner relationships and strategy. The team has pan-European responsibility to scale business in Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, and Spain. /ppDo you enjoy thinking ahead, identifying new opportunities, or anticipating future challenges? Do you like driving complex, cross-functional projects in an agile way? Do you have a passion for the latest technologies? /pliAbout You /liulliUniversity degree or equivalent /liliSeveral years of relevant experience in the PC retail space (Product Management, Proposition Development, Client Management, or Consulting) /liliExperience in project management and executing comprehensive deliverables across the insurance value chain /liliGood understanding of PC retail insurance markets, products, and distribution in Italy and/or other EU markets /liliCreative with ideas to improve go-to-market strategies and enhance customer experience through simplified and transparent propositions /liliHands-on, independent working style, comfortable with cross-functional teams and diverse partners /liliTechnology-minded with a clear view on how tech can improve partner performance and customer satisfaction /liliEntrepreneurial with commercial acumen in partnership and product innovation /liliEffective communication skills in English and Italian; fluency in other EU languages is a plus /liliWillingness to travel within Europe (~20%) /li /ulpWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
