Offerta The HSE Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation and management of Environmental, Health, and Safety programs at the manufacturing site in Italy. The primary objective is to create a safe, compliant working environment that minimizes environmental impact and fosters a culture of health and safety throughout the organization, while ensuring full regulatory compliance. Strategic Responsibilities Regularly conduct risk assessments, safety training, and environmental sustainability programs at the site. Oversee the proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials and manufacturing waste, continuously seeking improvements. Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific EHS programs, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Develop and maintain emergency response plans. Support the Regulatory team to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Operational Responsibilities Perform regular facility inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure regulatory compliance. Participate in review meetings to evaluate safety performance, discuss concerns, and implement corrective actions. Ensure thorough documentation of incidents, audits, safety observations, risk assessments, corrective actions, and EHS metrics by the team. Implement procedures to safeguard contractors and subcontractors working onsite, including pre-qualification assessments, safety training, and supervision of their activities. People Management Plan and conduct EHS training sessions, awareness programs, and drills to educate employees on workplace safety standards, emergency procedures, and proper equipment use.
