Role Overview
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Real Estate Sales Advisor
to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of solid sales experience, a strong grasp of effective sales techniques, and a relentless work ethic aimed at consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Networking:
Actively prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and relationship building.
- Property Consultations:
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters to ensure a transparent and smooth transaction.
- Viewings & Presentations:
Arrange and conduct property viewings, professionally presenting the features and benefits of properties to prospective buyers.
- Target Achievement:
Work diligently to meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Sales Techniques:
Apply proven sales methodologies, including effective objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques, to finalize property deals.
- Market Research:
Stay up-to-date with the Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, off-plan projects, and competitor activities.
- Client Relationship Management:
Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and securing referrals and repeat business.
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience:
1 to 2 years of proven experience in sales (Real estate experience in the UAE/Abu Dhabi market is highly preferred but strong general sales experience will be considered).
- Sales Acumen:
Deep understanding of the sales cycle, negotiation tactics, and closing techniques.
- Drive & Work Ethic:
A hard-working, resilient, and highly motivated individual who thrives in a target-driven environment.
- Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
- Interpersonal Skills:
Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with a diverse clientele.
- Self-Starter:
Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
