As part of the Guerlain Marketing team, the PR & Digital PR Assistant will support the PR Manager to ensure the top visibility of the brand on the main national magazines offline and online and in partnership with influencer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
:
Support the management in implementing influencer marketing strategies
Support the influencers' selection, and follow their life cycle, constantly optimizing the community and the engagement
Manage activities of seeding and gifting to talents, socialites, VIPs and editors
Support the organization and development of events for KOLs
Support the delivery of all assets for new product launches to key editorials
Monitor the editorial coverage and influencers' activity in Italy
Support the execution of all the PR matters and project from HQ to Italy
Ad-hoc analysis and reports
Support the back-office operations
Work on synergy with others brand departments
REQUIREMENTS
:
Master's degree in marketing or economics
Beauty passionate
Previous experience in Communication, PR & Digital PR is a plus
Excellent communication and relational skills
Desire to learn, proactivity, flexible and creative approach
Interest in digital and influencer activities
Fluent in English
