Data Scientist for Pricing and Underwriting The candidate will be part of the Global Pricing and Underwriting Office, with visibility across all direct companies within the Allianz Group. They will be responsible for analyzing data and processes to support the company's strategyKEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport data ingestion, cleaning, and transformation processes from multiple sourcesPerform data exploration and advanced analytics to identify patterns, trends, and business insightsBuild and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions to monitor performance and support decision makingDevelop pricing and underwriting modelsConduct research and development to find novel technical solutionsKEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCEExperience (minimum 2-4 years) in Insurance/Consulting companies or in roles focused on data analysisMaster's degree in Information Technology, Math, Physics, Statistics, or equivalentExcellent knowledge of Spark, SQL, and PythonExperience in developing statistical and machine learning modelsExperience in WTW suites (Radar, Emblem)Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointStrong analysis, problem-solving, and communication skillsTeam spirit, self-motivation, and a proactive result-driven working style as well as ability to interact in a global work environment with people from different countries and culturesFluent in English (both written and spoken)Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
