The Role
We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our Finance team.
The role offers the opportunity to actively contribute to financial planning, management control and business performance monitoring, working closely with senior finance leaders and key business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a solid accounting background and the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities
The resource will be responsible for supporting the financial planning and control processes of multiple companies within the Group and will:
• Support the preparation of monthly management reporting and variance analysis (Actual vs Budget/Forecast)
• Contribute to the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes
• Monitor KPIs and business performance, identifying risks and improvement areas
• Support cost control and profitability analysis by business unit/project
• Ensure consistency between accounting data and management reporting
• Collaborate with Accounting for monthly closing activities
• Support cash flow analysis and working capital monitoring
• Prepare financial presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and management
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Management Engineering or related fields
• 3 years of experience in controlling, financial reporting, audit or similar finance roles
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling)
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage deadlines in dynamic environments
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
