Fleet and Facilities Specialist
Ideal profile:
1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree;
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role;
3. Good knowledgeof supply contracts, rental and leasing management;
4. Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package;
5. Fluent English;
6. Valid B driving license;
7. Strong teamwork attitude and collaborative approach.
Job Description:
The selected candidate, in collaboration with the Adm. manager will perform the following
activities:
● Management of company fleet activities (including contract administration, supplier coordination and invoice verification);
● Management of company mobile phone contracts and support in hardware procurement activities;
● Coordination and supervision of general office maintenance and workplace organization activities;
● Support in preventive and corrective maintenance activities related to company facilities and equipment;
● Monitoring of utilities and general services, ensuring operational continuity and handling issues when required;
● Management of office supplies, furniture and company assets in compliance with internal procedures and policies;
● Support in supplier and service contract management, maintaining relationships with external vendors;
● Verification and control of supplier invoices, including reporting and KPI monitoring activities;
● Availability tosupport external administrative errands and operational activities;
● Backup support to the Admin & Facility Manager when required;
● Operational support in the organization of meetings, events and corporate activities.
Availability: immediate or to be agreed
Work location: Province of Milan (northern area)
We offer:
● Employment type: permanent employment contract;
● Working hours: full-time;
● Salary (RAL): 33.000 - 37.000 euro
