Ph3Role Summary /h3 pPlanner will support the organization in organizing assistance calls, coordinating the field activities. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOpening Assistance Calls: System call recording (or taking charge if the call is already open) Planning and management of the intervention (technical employees or third parties, with order issuance). /li liOrder management: Taking charge of the management of the order at the time the delivery of the material to the customer or to the warehouse has been scheduled; Management of the administrative documentation necessary for the completion of the intervention. /li liPlanning and management of the intervention (technical employees or third parties, with order issuance) Possible management of the rental of the necessary lifting equipment and imputation of the purchase order. /li liMaintenance management: Annually (or for new customers), renewal of the documentation necessary for the management of maintenance activities deriving from the contracts; Planning and management of the intervention (technical employees or third parties, with order issuance). /li liAdministrative management: Reception and sorting of reports received from internal and external technicians; Final accounting of the activities from the intervention closing report by internal and external technicians. /li liInformation passage for Service billing; Documents archive. /li liVerification of the correct issuance of invoices for the activities carried out during the month. /li liForecast of the week / month for the activities carried out. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liEducation: relevant high‑school or university degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration. /li liLanguages: English good level, native in local language. /li liComputer skills: MS Office and CRM skills. /li liOther: Driving license. /li liExperience: extended and comprehensive experience of success from international business b‑2‑b environment on similar roles. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
