Role Overview
The resource will be inserted into a prestigious beauty company operating in the beauty sector. Working within the Finance department, the resource will be responsible for invoice processing, financial data verification, account reconciliation, and ensuring payments to suppliers.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and process supplier invoices.
* Verify financial data and reconcile accounts.
* Ensure timely payments to suppliers.
* Maintain accurate supplier records.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in general accounting or supplier roles.
* Excellent mastery of the Office package, especially Excel.
* Attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong communication abilities.
