We are looking for an
International Pricing Strategy Intern
who will support the development, execution, and governance of pricing strategies across international markets, with a primary focus on ophthalmic lenses while also contributing to pricing activities across additional product categories. The role includes analytical work, pricing data management, market benchmarking, and collaboration with global teams to ensure pricing consistency, policy alignment, and sound decision‑making in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.\nMain responsibilities
Support updates, quality checks, and new product introductions within pricing systems.\nRun pricing extractions, consolidate datasets, and validate information for correct market execution.\nPerform ad hoc pricing analyses to highlight risks, opportunities, and inconsistencies across markets/channels.\nContribute to pricing processes by assisting with data preparation, analytics, and scenario simulations.\nParticipate in the daily management of strategic pricing tools across markets and currencies.\nSupport process improvements, including system automation, reporting optimization, and error‑reduction initiatives.\nSupport communication and coordination with global functions (Marketing, Finance, Commercial Strategy, IT, etc.) to ensure consistent pricing execution across regions.\nMain requirements
Educational background in Business or Engineering; analytics background is a plus.\nStrong analytical mindset and interest in pricing, strategy, or international business.\nProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.\nProficiency in Italian and English.\nBasic knowledge of data analysis tools (SAP BO, PowerBI, SAC) is a plus.\nBasic understanding of Copilot tools is a plus.\nStrong attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets.\nAbility to collaborate cross‑functionally in an international environment.\nWhat’s in it for you
