As Bar Manager, you are passionate about coordinating the bar operations while crafting innovative cocktails and creating a memorable atmosphere for our guests.
Your responsibilities include:
* Managing the coordination and organization of the bar department.
* Improving the quality of the services offered in accordance with the company’s strategic goals.
* Ensuring compliance to the HACCP regulation.
* Managing the team ensuring that everyone is well-trained and motivated.
* Managing bar operations according to the budget.
* Show the ability to be hands-on by supporting the team during daily operations.
* Ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards and quality.
