Project Buyer (m/f/d) at Alpitronic
Responsibilities
Coordinate procurement activities within specific innovation projects, ensuring procurement contributions align with project success
Ensure early involvement in innovation projects and sales meetings to identify cost-saving and standardization opportunities
Manage interfaces between Cost Engineering, Sales, Project Management, and Logistics functions
Collaborate closely with engineering and technical departments to streamline project goals
Design and negotiate project-specific contracts tailored to innovation needs
Conduct supplier contract negotiations and prepare for supplier negotiations in coordination with Commodity Managers or Strategic Buyers
Agree on project delivery and time schedules, ensuring all delivery dates are met
Manage claims as required
Qualifications & Skills
Fluent knowledge of English (spoken and written); knowledge of German and Italian is considered a plus
Degree in Engineering, Economics or Supply Chain & Logistics
3+ years of experience in procurement as an NPI procurement or Project Buyer
Proven experience in market and supplier analysis
Experience in scouting new technologies and evaluating potential suppliers
Expertise in introducing and/or optimizing procurement tools and systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders
Experience in the E-Mobility sector is considered a plus
