Domain Gorgonzola hosts Navigations Air Systems (NAS) domain. The activity of NAS domain: avionics, navigation and radar systems for civil air traffic and technologies supporting the activities of civilian and military pilots, ATC controllers and technicians of several airlines, air traffic control agencies and Air Force around the world. Italy is the Group’s Competence centre for the design, production and delivery of Navigation Aids products and Competence Centre for the delivery of non‑Radar Surveillance Products. Objective As part of the Customer Service department, reporting directly to the I&C; and Training Manager, the role is responsible for conducting theoretical/practical training courses for customers, transferring technical knowledge necessary to enable them to operate and maintain systems such as electronic radio navigation and instrument landing equipment, including related antenna and remote control systems. Responsibilities
Conduct training activities for customers on the systems marketed by the company, in accordance with the established methods and timelines. Deliver training to students according to the training plan and syllabus, tailored for specific projects and customer technical specifications. Help students prepare for certification exams when applicable. Interact with customers, students, and other actors to ensure customer satisfaction. Organise feedback loops with trainees and customers. Continuously improve training sessions and provide guidance on training content definition; may be involved in content definition itself. Ensure standards, procedures, practices, and controls are followed. Manage and coordinate external resources when internal ones are unavailable or overbooked. Maintain training equipment/simulators and perform training test equipment calibrations.
Qualifications and Skills
High school diploma, preferably in electronics/telecommunications. Previous experience in managing customer training and/or radio frequency‑related training. Strong communication skills.
Experience
Up to 3–5 years of experience, preferably in areas related to the activities described above. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic or other languages is considered a plus. Good knowledge of RF, analog, digital and IT technologies. Safe handling of PC tools such as Excel, Word, etc.
