This role requires a detail-oriented hospitalityprofessional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional finedining experience.Key Responsibilities:● Lead and supervise the restaurant service team, ensuring seamless operations.● Provide elevated guest service, managing VIPs and special requests with discretion.● Train and mentor servers to uphold luxury hospitality standards.● Work closely with the Maitre D’ and culinary team to ensure smooth servicecoordination.● Monitor table assignments, pacing, and overall guest satisfaction.● Assist with wine and beverage recommendations to enhance the dining experience.Requirements:● Experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.● Strong leadership, service execution, and guest relations skills.● Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and food pairings.● European experience strongly preferred.● Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
