The Site IT Manager is the full‑accountability IT leader for all IT services at the assigned plant(s) and/or tech center(s). The role ensures stable, secure, and standardized IT service delivery, aligned with enterprise IT strategies, platforms, and policies, while directly supporting site leadership and business operations.
Act as the main IT partner for site leadership. Represent enterprise IT services and ensure alignment with business needs. Drive an AI‑first digital roadmap, deliver practical solutions, monitor performance and risks, and ensure compliance with global IT standards and governance.
Own IT/OT execution at site level, ensuring alignment across MES, SCADA, connectivity, and engineering systems, and maintaining strong cybersecurity compliance. Enforce zero‑trust principles, manage risks with global teams, and ensure business continuity, disaster recovery, and resilience plans are in place and effective.
Champion AI adoption at site level, driving the use of enterprise tools and supporting teams in adopting new technologies and ways of working. Lead local deployment of digital initiatives, build practical AI and low‑code solutions, ensure responsible AI practices, and promote strong data quality and governance.
Own end‑to‑end IT service performance at the site, acting as the main escalation point and ensuring fast resolution and continuous improvement. Coordinate teams, monitor SLAs/KPIs and risks, ensure compliance and cybersecurity, and manage vendors in line with enterprise standards.
Lead site‑level execution of IT projects, managing roadmap, scope, timelines, risks, and vendor coordination. Ensure alignment with global priorities and PMO standards, providing clear visibility on progress, dependencies, and business impact.
Lead, coach, and develop the local IT team, ensuring strong capabilities across operations, IT/OT, cybersecurity, and digital technologies. Foster a culture of ownership, excellence, and continuous improvement, while building skills in AI, automation, and modern IT practices.
Manage site IT financials, including budget, forecast, and actuals, ensure cost transparency and compliance with approved spending.
Reports to the Regional Senior IT Manager. Acts as IT single point of contact for plant and tech center leadership. Owns end‑to‑end IT accountability at the site. Leads local IT resources (where applicable) and coordinates enterprise service teams and providers. Operates within the global IT operating model and standards.
