Key Responsibilities
* Lead customer workshops to gather, analyse and prioritise business and functional requirements.
* Collaborate with the Enterprise Solution Architect to produce the Business Blueprint and ensure solution design meets business needs, project constraints and product vision.
* Deliver elements of system design (data migration rules, business rules, prototypes, detailed specifications).
* Contribute to multiple projects in parallel, working closely with Project Managers and cross‐functional teams.
* Support development, QA and UAT phases by defining requirements, acceptance criteria and validating deliverables.
* Act as a subject‐matter expert, providing functional guidance to customers, partners and internal teams.
* Support Sales and Pre‐Sales activities, including RFPs, RFIs and solution demonstrations.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience as a Business Consultant delivering software solutions.
* Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
* Knowledge of and experience with software design and modelling tools (e.g., UML).
* Experience in requirements gathering, solution design and stakeholder management.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‐functional teams.
* Experience in PLM and/or Food & Beverage/Chemical environments is a strong plus.
* Professional working proficiency in Italian.
* Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
