Technical Service Engineer
Social networks play a vital role in our daily lives, and as a Technical Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing pre-sales and after-sales technical support to the sales team.
1. We require someone with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility to assist customers in fault analysis and troubleshooting via telephone or email.
2. This position involves analyzing relevant data to improve data accuracy and customer satisfaction, and communicating effectively with other departments to report product issues promptly.
3. You will also be required to travel to provide on-site support and training to distributors and installers, and attend industry conferences and events.
Requirements
1. A background in science, preferably with a major in electricity & electrical engineering, is essential for this role.
2. At least three years of relevant work experience, particularly in the renewable energy industry, is preferred.
3. This position demands a serious attitude, stress resistance, and excellent teamwork spirit, as well as good customer service awareness.
