The opportunity: For our business unit High Voltage based in Lodi we are looking for a Unit Supervisor.

• Manage various production activities (e.G., assembly, material forming/shaping, processing, treating, or packaging, etc.).
• Plan, direct, and monitor production to meet established specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards.
• Liaise with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, Sales, etc. as input to developing production schedules and allocating labor/capital resources.
• Plan, prioritize, and manage production line maintenance/downtime to minimize disruptions.

• Technical diploma or degree in engineering.
• > 5 years of experience in managing production departments.
• Passion for high voltage products.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of Italian (B2+) and English (B1+).

Minimum salary for this position in the location specified: Starting from 38,000€ gross. The final offer will be based on candidate location, skills and qualifications, experience, and aligned with internal pay structures.
