We are looking for a Fashion Designer with strong experience in streetwear
to join our team and contribute to the creative direction and development of our collections.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop seasonal streetwear collections aligned with GUAPI’s identity Create detailed tech packs and oversee product development Research trends, fabrics, and materials relevant to streetwear and luxury fashion Collaborate with production teams to ensure design execution and quality Contribute to creative concepts, campaigns, and product storytelling Work closely with the team on drops, collections, and new product categories
Requirements
Minimum
3+ years of experience in fashion design, preferably within
streetwear brands similar to GUAPI Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work (urbanwear focus required) Experience with design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and fits Creative, detail-oriented, and aligned with streetwear culture Ability to work in a fast-paced, drop-driven environment
